Hello!

Firstly, I sincerely hope you and yours are safe and well. We’re all leading surreal lives at the moment but it’s been encouraging to see how the communities we work with around Cumbria have rallied together to support the vulnerable and local businesses as much as possible, so we should all be proud of that.

I’d like to briefly clarify how Cerberus is currently operating during the coronavirus pandemic.

We remain open for business, however, in order to protect staff, our customers and fully comply with Government guidance on social distancing, we’ve taken the  decision to close the studio, so you can no longer visit us. We can still provide print jobs but they need to be booked in via telephone or email.

Work will be delivered by Royal Mail or we can offer a local delivery service. Payments can be made via electronic bank transfer (BACS) or we have an online payment system. We’ve always been proud to offer a friendly face to face service but you’ll just have to miss our smiles for a little while, just as we’ll miss yours.

We know a lot of people will be using the lockdown period to get creative or plan exciting projects for when we’re on the other side of this. Please feel free to get in touch if you want advice on any of the services we offer – we’re more than happy to look at the slightly longer term. We understand that a lot enquiries are tentative whilst there’s so much uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus crisis.

We’ll be busy planning how to improve Cerberus’ services further, so when we can reopen our doors to you, we’ll be stronger than ever.
