All online orders have a 3 to 4 working day turnaround time. We can offer a next day service if you have an urgent job, but we can get very busy and don’t like to disappoint, so you need to contact us directly prior to placing the order to make sure we have the capacity to facilitate a next day service.
All orders weighing less than 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Anything heavier than 2kg will be sent via a courier service.
Delivery days for local towns:
Daily: Kirkby Stephen, Sedbergh
Thursdays: Kendal
Fridays: Appleby and Penrith
